I am not familiar with these companies.
I checked my spreadsheet, doesn’t look like I’ve ever encountered either party. I don’t see them listed as a deadbeat either. Go for it! 
Update: I wanted to provide an update regarding Empire Title Services, Inc. They have indeed made the payment, however, there were some minor issues encountered while receiving the check. A week later after the promise that the check has been mailed. I must share what I believe is the most interesting excuse I’ve encountered to date: “I just wanted to let you know I found your envelope with your check!!! It was stuck up against a drawer. I am dropping it in the mail on my way to lunch. I wanted to let you know and I apologize for the delay.” While I understand the standard processes within accounts payable departments, the explanation of “the check was stuck up against the drawer” left me somewhat perplexed. I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but ultimately, I am pleased to report that I received my payment, and I would like to commend the representative for their efforts. Now I await to see the outcome of Superior Title & Escrow located in Knoxville, TN.
