Hi all! Has anyone heard of, or worked for Setco Services? They reached out via email and I don’t see any topics listed for this company. It looks like they are based out of Florida.
I haven’t heard of them. Although I’m in Texas, I haven’t seen that name anywhere in the forums. Maybe you could type it in the search bar and find some info about them. Good luck!

Via Google, they have a Facebook page with 2,681 followers, an Instagram account, and their website is : https://setcoservices.com/
I am in Pennsylvania and have not heard of them.
Seems legit to me, but I’d still proceed with caution. Good luck

Things seem to be picking up more over this way…finally 
After they replied to me they sent a link that ended up looking like this! Definitely a scam. Look at the web page address. Just be leary if they reach out to any of you all… They offered a signing in my very small town and offered 200.00 right off the bat.
They also included in the original email that it is a “WFG Secured and encrypted message”. I’m a WFG vendor so I just reported this to them also.
Wow. You just never know!

I also received this offer for $200 to conduct a purchase closing in my area. I called the escrow officer whose name was in the email to find out about the link to docs, which did not work. These scammers are crafty. No title or escrow officer would be using a gmail addy to contact notaries. That’s the first clue. Sent to spam.
