Signature Signs

Hello! Does anyone have any current information on signature signings or feedback positive or negative? Especially any information you can provide regarding payment. How did they stack up in your opinion to Mortgage Connect? Thank you for your feedback and assistance.

@Notarynohio Excellent question! :partying_face:

As a business owner it’s paramount to your Success to utilize all the tools readily available to you!

Just wondering if by any chance were you able to locate the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this business entity?

This information is a GOLDMINE!

You may have overlooked accessing the database via the Magnifying Glass Feature.

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

NOTE: There is a recent thread from September 2024 that clearly identifies that this is a “Pay To Play” DIRECTORY that creates a listing of business owners.

This would be a Hard Pass according to the Research I’ve performed. They’re not upfront about their Fee & there’s a PUSH to take their course.

A few Notary Cafe members have signed up for the No Pay Option within that Directory. Specifically, I’ll ask @chandie.kent to please share how her direct experience has progressed & any results from signing up with this entity. :tada: Thank You :tada: chandie.kent

SPECIAL NOTE: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . :crown:

I’m not sure who you’re referring to. Signature Closers? I’ve never heard of signature signs. Mortgage Connect offers orders at the very low end and requires negotiation unless you want to lose money on the order. What is Signature Sign? There are several companies that sort of use variations of that so I’m not sure what company you refer to. Thought I’d heard of most of them but maybe not.

She said “signature signings” within her post.

IF that is the correct company, they are out of Lincoln, CA, rated 3 stars on Notary Rotary. Feedback comments state you have to take a test and score 75% or better; also you have to pay a monthly fee to get signings. There was one forum discussion on them started by a well-respected signing agent who is also a member here…it was not was I would call positive.

Hope this helps.

only relating what I read there - no personal experience with them

P.S. Based on subsequent postings correctly identifying the company as Signature Closers, this info should be disregarded in this instance (will leave in place for future reference on searches). Signature Closers has always been a good company with fair and timely payments. To my knowledge, you do not have to pay them to be listed, unless that’s changed.

Capitalizations help a lot on company names, I find. Still haven’t heard of them. There are several companies just generic enough they are hard to find. I find that to be a tip off, myself.

@Notarynohio Hope you were able to locate the Magnifying Glass & directly access the threads on this topic for Research & Review! :partying_face:

As I indicated above, this would be a Hard Pass according to the Research I’ve performed. They’re not upfront about their Fee & there’s a PUSH to take their course.

Best Wishes with your decision!

Please come back to the forum to keep us apprised of your choice & the subsequent results, okay? TIA :tada:

Hi thank you for your response. I was not able to locate the topic however I may have overlooked it.

My apologies! You are correct about correct name spellings!!! It’s Signature Closers!

Yes I was required to take a test and pass with 100% before I was permitted to move forward.

I passed but I have not completed the registration.

Great platform. Pays twice a month.

@Notarynohio :tada: You’re Welcome! :tada:

.

So, your thread should be titled: “Signature Closers” ?

In the body of your Original Post [OP], you identified “Signature Signings.”

.

Please clarify which business entity name.

.

:swan:

Oh geez, thank you for that clarification. I am new to forms and post. I don’t do social media so this is all new to me! I’ve sold Real Estate since 2005 off and on from referrals. I’ve never had to post or advertise. It is signature closers and you do have to take a test and pass at 100%. I couldn’t find any information about it on this forum so I thought I would check them out before moving forward with the knowledgeable Notary Agents in this forum. Thank you again.

@Notarynohio :partying_face: You’re Welcome! :partying_face:

Okay, so you were unable to locate any threads about the business entity - Signature Closers.

I’ve performed a Search on your behalf. There are 50+ threads available.

This direct Notary Cafe url link displays a listing of those threads.

Also, including the Search data as you should be able to easily locate this plethora of immediately available information in the TREASURE TROVE found within the Notary Cafe database.

Both companies pay on time. You will have to counteroffer a higher rate. Remember if you’re printing a large package or scanning docs back you should counteroffer for more money. Good luck.
