Can someone please tell me where I go to get a copy of my signing agent certificate? I have tried calling the NNA but seems I have no patience to wait on line for someone to help me. TIA

How do I provide my Signing Agent Certification credentials?

  1. Log in to your Signing Agent Profile on NationalNotary.org.
  2. Find your personal direct link to your SigningAgent.com profile above the Profile Details section.
  3. You may share this link with anyone asking for verification of your NNAÂź Certified Notary Signing Agent credentials.

If you know your NNA ID #, insert it at the end of this direct url string by replacing the series of “Xs.” Oh, also remove the “blank space” before ‘com.’

“signingagent. com/profile/XXXXXXXXX”

Once you add your NNA ID # & insert it into your internet browser & confirm it’s your data & that it’s accurate => you’ll want to save the url link in order to share it with potential clients in the future.

FYI: It displays your current status of Background Check, E&O Insurance, Bond (if required), your Contact Data, Commission State & Expiration, Service Area, NNA Certification, Training, NNA Membership, your Preferred Name, etc.

@tsmiller512 P.S. Several years ago the NNA said they’d no longer provide paper certificates (due to fraudulent alterations by some NNA members).

Their Signing Agent website provides a dynamic, up-to-date view of your credentials & all of the germane and pertinent data that a potential client would need.

In case you need a ‘physical copy’ of your NNA Signing Agent listing, take a screenshot & print out a copy.

If you only have a Black & White printer, you could save the screenshot to a thumb drive & take it to a local print shop for color printing.

For.example, I have a “certified” signing agent diploma from signing agent dot com dated 2002. With that and $5 i might get a cup of coffee.
