Signing service reviews

How can you see the reviews left by signing services for jobs we’ve completed for them? If for no other reason to see if they are happy/not happy with our service.

You can’t see the reviews. To get started, sign up and complete a quality signing agent training class like Notary2Pro training class and then take continuing education from a comprehensive training company like Notary Stars.
Don’t say that you have too much experience for loan training. I had 28 years in mortgage and banking and the classes teach you how to become a LSA, which is different than working for a mortgage company.

Check the market & competiton in your area before you spend a ton of money on a nearly dead biz venture.

I wouldn’t call it dead; I’m still busy but it will be difficult for those just starting out.

@Arichter As with any business venture, check the landscape and potential client base prior to investing. Remember => Location, location, location (very important).

Some regions of the country may continue to have Signing Orders, but the majority are anorexic & further diminishing . . .

You answered my question. I was just curious. I am a signing agent via NNA and took Bill Soroka’s Sign & Thrive course which was great information and guidance. I know the biz is slow, but I have been semi busy. I cover 5 counties too. I also do GNW. Since Jan. I’ve had 32 signings, which I’m ok with. I’ve been a notary for 10 years and retired in Dec. from my regular job. I’ve had repeat signings from a few companies, which I’m happy with. All pay on time except for one, so far.

The best indicator of them being happy with our service is repeat business and referrals.
