Signingorder.com does anyone have a phone number for a real person?

I have attempted to contact signingorder.com a few times in the past week and have can only leave messages for their sales or email for technical support. They are a great platform and I used them often however I recently changed E&O insurance companies and they have not updated my credentials that are listed on my profile. I have the same dollar amount just a different company and obviously the wrong expiration date of the policy. Sending a tech an email gets an email in response and the tech does not address the problem.
When your credentials are outdated, especially at a time like now is not a good look as more Notary Public pros exit the business. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you tried changing it yourself on the “Update Credentials” link?

I have changed the status in the “Update Credentials” link, however, on the Profile Link the insurance company named is my old insurance company. Since my original post, the expiration date has changed to the correct date which is really all I care about. I just didn’t want my profile up where someone can look at it and see that I let my insurance expire, which I never did. Thank you for your helpful suggestion, we should all be on this forum to be helpful so we are all better signing agents and Notary Publics.

I haven’t encountered problems updated my information. I have however seen it mysteriously disappear after confirming the updated information does appear, and then have to re-enter. Perhaps change your access browser, or clear your cache or both, and reenter, and carefully save the information. You just never know when an old pop blocker on one browser, and/or virus protection maybe getting a little
fussy. SO might not be aware or believe there is a little glitch going on. If you try above and it still does not work, send an email stating all the steps you took and ask for a call. I did send email with detail on another subject and finally got a call, after troubleshooting everything on my end. I believe Notary Loop is the overarching company and I have the a number one of their higher ups, not at liberty to give out on this forum but would do so in a private communication … just a thought
