Skipped lines in Journal Entries

At a signing this weekend, I had 2 signers. The first signer was the last line of a page in my journal. I didn’t realize until I returned that I had the second signer sign the first line 3 pages later. Apparently I had placed my privacy guard over more than one page. Going forward I’ll keep a closer watch on where I place it. I’m fairly certain the records need to be kept in chronological order. My question is, how should I proceed? Leave those pages blank or use them and make a reference in my notes about the corresponding signers and line numbers?

Thanks in advance!

FL is not a journal state but I would put a large “X” over the two blank pages and make a note on each of them "page inadvertently skipped - see next consecutive entry on page ____ "

If your state requires your journal be in chronological order you can’t go back and use those pages. So that would be my best advice for a solution to explain/record what happened.

Put a line thru those blanks

WA requires consecutive entries. I’d line through those empty pages and, as LindaH suggests, make a note regarding the cause of the gap.
