Snapdoc background check

Hello, my name is Rachelle, and Snapdoc keeps rejecting my background check. It says it requires what was checked to be listed. However, when I contact the state, they tell me that only if there was an issue would there be a list

My FBI criminal history record check says a record check was conducted for the person below. There are no convictions on file for this applicant number
reason fingerprint:-121 08

My BCI criminal history record check says a record check was conducted for the person below. There are no convictions on file for this applicant number
, reason fingerprint: -147 022

How do I handle this? BTW, they keep sending me assignments that I cannot accept.

any help will be appreciated

Not sure I understand the issue. SnapDocs only accepts background checks done thru NNA (who contracts with BackgroundsOnline). What is “BCI criminal history”… that could be the problem.
Note that you do NOT need to be or pay for NNA membership to get the background report.

Who did your background check? In 5 years my NNA background check has never been rejected by anyone. Get one from NNA.

Thank you I am a member of NNA

Is that where you got the background check?

@Arichter Valid Statement! :white_check_mark:

Hello Arichter
they accept any background check that includes the listed request. the second one I supplied had at least 10 different searches listed

Not every company that contracts with a signing platform accepts every kind of background check. Some require either NNA or Sterling. So you can have a background accepted at snapdocs but rejected by some companies. Just an FYI.

So, all is well now? If not, this is what is required:

From your original post, it seems that all you’ve provided are criminal checks, whereas above is a list of ALL the things they require be checked. and here is the very lengthy criteria:

Hope it all comes thru.

Hello ,Yes it is . I had to take another background check as the state of OH only uses their database “they do not go online”. Yes this is what they said to me.
