Hey guys I am trying to sign up with snap docs and I have uploaded all of my credentials except for my background check and my NNA certification as I do not have an NNA certification.I know that the certification is not needed but I am waiting on getting my background check. But once I have everything uploaded how will I know that I am on with snap docs and ready to get signings? I have try to see if they have a contact phone number but they do not. Also is there a way to bypass the NNE certification so that it’s still not showing that I still need to upload it if I’m not going to have one.
They will list you in their database even without the NNA cert, so when your background check comes back just make sure you upload it. Inside your profile, it will tell you that you’re verified in the upper right hand corner and if not, it will tell you what you need. They respond extremely well to emails.
I order to have the highest rating with Snapdocs you should include a picture and all other credentials. They will check your NNA certification. You will become snapdoc verified which you can see on your profile.
