Hello, I started to sign up with SnapDocs, and they are asking for backup that did not come with my certificates. My local BCI has no idea what I am asking for? How do I get what I need/ and why is the certificate insufficient?

Background check? On your profile in snapdocs there’s a list of documents they require. a copy of a commission, a background check a W-9, etc. Not sure exactly what you’re referring to.
