On July 3rd, I signed up for Snapdocs. But for some reason the 3rd party they use to verify your DL & photo (to confirm it’s you) is not working. It always kicks back my info and gives me an error message. In July when it happened I made them aware and to this day they are still telling me that they are working in the issue. Weird, right?
Should I continue to pursue work from them by signing up or just let it go? Is it worth the hassle?
From my personal experience, it’s worth the hassle. As I receive the majority of my signings from them. But you should get in touch with notaries in your area(state) to see if they receive alot of business from Snapdocs. That will help you to better determine if it’s worth the hassle.
This happened to me as well 
it took quite some time before my DL was verified. I added a note to my profile and explained that until my DL was verified, I would be happy to send them ( signing companies, etc.) my DL…it seemed shortly after this it was verified. Snapdocs explained it was due to my having an enhanced license. I am in Michigan, with an enhanced license you can travel to Canada without a passport. Hopefully it won’t be much longer for you

The exact same thing is happening to me. I have an Enhanced Minnesota Driver’s License and I have been trying since July to become verified. It still has not happened and I am still emailing them.

I agree with pajyoung, because though I do use Snapdocs to track/document all my signings, (signer info, acknowledgements/jurats, mileage, etc.) I do not get many signings from the platform/company itself.
