Same. I receive a lot of notifications from Signing Order/Notary Resume but never really get assigned. Only when they have something that’s absolute last minute and the pay is very low.
We should be interviewing them back to see if we want to do business with them, and absolutely remind them that we are not an employee of theirs and that we too are business owners!

I will look at Rotary-Notary. I aced it during COVID because no one wanted to get out. I was in the Dallas -Ft Worth area. It was a beast. I had signings 2 for the same date and time, I would work that. Thank you for your knowledge. So, I should look for the 4 star signing companies? Spend all night uggh!!
You need to review each company you do work for under that platform, they are not all the same and keep in mind, 30 business days is about 45 days from completion. business days is not a full 7 day span.
