On November 24, 2025, I completed a HELOC signing in my area. Today, I received payment, three months later to the day!
This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WORK FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT RESPECT OUR TIME, ENERGY, KNOWLEDGE AND SAVVY EXPERTISE.
SUCCESSFUL SIGNINGS/NOTARY EVERYDAY are forever on my DO NOT WORK FOR list, ever again. Schedulers are Chennell Rodriguez and a young woman named Sequoia.
They are blocked on my devices.

I did an order for them this month and did note their payment terms are 60 days after the close of the month the service was provided.
i read the terms and conditions and decided to do it anyway. And if you accept an order from them you received the same terms and conditions that told you it could be 90 days before you got paid.
Their payment terms were very clear and you can’t download documents unless you accept it. So crying foul after the fact is not them problem. Sorry but that’s what I think.

Update regarding payment from Successful Signings.
Job completed February 20, 2026. Payment via auto deposit on 4/1/2026. They do use “Relay” which is a direct deposit service. So you have to fill out information and authorize a direct deposit.
I don’t see anything wrong with this company’s payment schedule or policies. I sent an email asking for a status the end of March and received a request to authorize a direct deposit which I did.
Not difficult at all to get paid. Certainly wasn’t 90 days.
Totally agree, I recently ended my professional relationship with any company that doesn’t pay within the month. I’ve got bills to pay, can’t play that game.
I’ve done 2 signings for Silk Title and they can take up to 90 days. They are on my do not accept list. Way too long for payment!
Silk is through PCS. But this was about Successful Signings and my point was it’s not 90 days.
