I have done several orders for them and the most aggravating thing is the inability to login when I am not at my pc. The mobile app looks only to be available for IOS and their system doesn’t allow you to sign in from my cell phone via web browser. It opens the page, but the login button that pops up doesn’t function. I have to take screenshots from my pc to have acces to phone numbers and Title information. This has been an ongoing issue that they just have refused to address. I was told to just login from my computer. Obviously, that only works when I am at my desk. As far as the signings go in my experience, they’re either really good, or really bad. Communication that relies primarily on virtual messaging is aggravating when you need a quick answer to something. I have sent messages through the platform and never recieved a reply. I usually just call Title myself and avoid the aggravation. They do pay in a timely manner though, which is good.
To be fair the label is not their responsibility, Title usually generates that. Telling the signer it was your fault is not right, but that also sounds like a Title or Lender issue. They have many faults, but I don’t attribute any doc issues to them just like I wouldn’t signingorder, snapdocs, or any other platfom.
They asked YOU to give the signer a refund?? Was the Signer paying you directly?
Since when is the notary supposed to write in verbiage on the Mortgage? I’ve certainly never had a request like that.
I’m with you! They always meet my fee and I think they are great to work with! I’ve never had a problem with them or the app! Done many many signings for them!
Same, and you have to love their chain blasts with 5 dollar increases…. I’ve seen some go 10+ offers…. I don’t understand why they don’t get it.
I literally would have told that person they were out of their mind and why… We print what we are given and any issues with the shipping label is whith who created it.
How do iPhone users access the app?
I have iPhone get all platforms if they have an app at the App Store. Nothing is hard to access I have mine set up for Face ID so they all open fast

I hate TCX. I only take their signings when the offer is too good to be true and/or the signing is very close to my house.
they are almost as bad as Mortgage Connect in terms of their app/technology and pay. This year I noticed a sharp reduction in pay offers from TCX, while interestingly SigningOrder has actually gotten significantly better in terms of tech and pay.
I routinely get 180 page refi offers that are 40 miles from me for $50-$60. 400 pages, 3 hours of work for $50 not a single chance I’m even considering it.
though once in a while, usually last minute when another notary drops off last minute they will offer fair market value but it’s almost always last minute.
I stopped working with them as well. Once you receive the closing and documents, they go MIA on ya. Totally not worth the hassle.
