Everyone wants to close something today. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this many offers for the same day.
I don’t think anyone wants to work Christmas Eve. Friday is full. This week has been wild.

Same here. This morning, I’ve had 3 “drop by the office” invites/requests within the next 15-30 minutes for closings.

Can’t say I am seeing that much come my way, but I do have 4 on the docket for the rest of the week. Not sure if its slow over here, or, just as a “newer” (part-time, but 220+ signings) signing agent, they just aren’t floating my way. No complaints though, even in a slow month, I met my minimum monthly goal so works for me.
