Is it me or does it seem as though some signing agents accept closings blindly without reviewing and/or negotiating them? recently, I tested the theory so, when trying to accept a number of requests they were already taken within about 5 seconds of getting the text. Almost as if they’re set up to automatically accept electronically or something!

It’s a secret! If you get in there within 5 seconds. It’s too late! 
. That order is gone within a half second!

That seems to be my problem as well. I get a request for a signing and it’s already assigned within seconds! Is there a “bot” program some use to reply to signings? Other than 100% direct business, how else can people be making $10,000+ in a month? An honest answer to this mystery would be appreciated.
