Title365 payment issues

I haven’t worked for Title365 in quite some time because their fees are terrible and not negotiable via the app. If I remember right they did, however, pay pretty quickly.

I do work with Title365 on occasion. When they make an offer it is always at my accepted rate. I have had no issues with them paying. I recently received a “score card” from them for the signings I completed in the past month. I received 100% across the board, except for fees, which is 5% of your overall score. I got a “0” in that category because my fees are higher than their average. I found it interesting that I’m the one that got the goose egg, but they are the ones who agreed to my rate! Sometimes I honestly don’t understand how the industry works. But, oh well!

Yep, just keep doing what we can and as long as we can.

Today I sent about twenty emails to the VP…I’m done.

I have 2 unpaid signings as well that are 47 and 49 days old. Yesterday I called all the phone numbers that I had and I called a notary sign up one that gave me an email address of ap@blend for nonpayment. I sent everything to them. It turns out they were sold to Blend labs part of the Mr. Cooper group.

They kept bugging me via email about signing up for the onboarding package on OneSpan sign. The website it mentions is www.title365signings.com and it came from the email address, closingvendors@title365.com. However due to the volume I flatly refused.

Someone stated they had a phone number and I would appreciate them posting that here. I will never work for them again. My next step will be to email them again and threaten them with theft of services with the California AG’s office and the IRS. However I would also like to talk to somebody on the phone if anybody has a number.

Please share any info you have.

Curious thing I noticed is that both signings that are late on payment are Flagstar Loans. Not sure if this has something to do with it or just coincidence. :thinking:

Mine were as well. I Googled it, I don’t see anything jumping out at me as far as people complaining.

I found a very nice person to help me and she told me I could pass her information along so here it goes.

You’re most welcome! After leaving her a voicemail, it turns into an email for her, she cc’ed two or three people and they have a check going out today for me. It’s been taken care of. And then she offered to help anybody else he was having problems.

I have only received 1 order from them so far. Do we have to bill them for each order we do or do they send payments out automatically? If we do bill them can someone send me the billing dept. email?

They are pretty good with getting payments out. If you sign up for Direct Deposit its fast usually within a week or less.

My question was do we bill them or do they send payment automatically? Thanks for responding!!
