ClearEdge Title> I’ve complete 3 signings for this company. THEY DONT PAY. I sent an invoice last week still no payment. I’ll never work for them again. Its pretty bad when Notaries are already given the least amount possible. Then between gas and supplies its almost not worth doing the work at all.

Still nothing. Another month waiting for the 1st just to get a full tank of gas.

Awaiting payments from Coast2Coast.

I did one it took 30 plus days. I had to call.

I did receive payment until I sent an invoice.

I did 2 jobs for them and was paid within 2 weeks. They use SnapDocs and Vendor Pay.

I was recently paid on time.

I received the overdue payment by mail just today.

They pay later but they pay, seems like some notaries only live for these paychecks, I just keep doing signings and after 35-55 days after, surprise! an hefty check that I almost forgot came to life! Be patient!

I have been waiting since Feb - spoke numerous times - horrible company. Considering seeking a judgement with interest. Ugh!

Ladies if you are in business, the rule of thumb is 30 days. So before I bashed any company I would give them the 30 days plus 10. Not all companies write out checks every week. Yes we should get paid when it closes and it is funded but you and I both know many of the signing companies do not pay immediately you have to wait. I have done 3 gotten paid for 2 of them in a timely manner the 3rd one is now at 30 days so if I do not get a check within 10 days I will contact them.

Be sure to read the “Payment Terms” on assignments. Most of them are Net30 or Net45. I had one that was Net90! I didn’t pay attention to the Terms and hounded them. They kindly asked me to read the terms!

And yes, I did get paid, and it was enough to wait for!!

It’s also important to note if they identify is a Net XX Calendar Days (or Business Days).

There is a BIG difference in the amount of time elapsed between the two . . .

I did two signings for them in early 2021 and was paid in 2-3 weeks.
