Top Signing Services for Newbies in Virginia Area

I am a newbie in the Virginia area. Does anyone know of signing services in my area that welcome new LSA. I have already signed up with snapdocs(verified), loan closers and signature closers and signing order. I get orders for signing orders but they are taken before I can even click on them. Does anyone have other services that will take a new LSA?

Thank You!

Your market is national, even tho’ you may get some from a local.

Thank You,

I am trying to figure our if there is a particular service that will give me signings as a new agent. Even though I have gotten notifications from signing order, I can never seem to grab the order fast enough.

Have you signed up on all signing platforms?

I signed up with the ones that most people referenced on YouTube or other forums, however I have not had luck. Are you recommending the 100 signing services that I most trainers are recommending? I am currently registered with about 5 and 2 of those requested references which I am unable to provide. As I am typing this I am realizing that I clearly have not done my due diligence with the signing services.

My intention was to go for the ones that will allow me an opportunity since I am new.

Thank you for taking out the time to respond.

Check out my post. Have nice ones mentioned

I would try Express Notary Services/aka a360 Inc.

There are 10 platforms you can signup with to get signings. I hope you can access the link.

One correction here - if the $$ after the website name mean they are paid sites, then for Notary Rotary, it’s not true - you can take a basic, unpaid listing - it just limits the info you see in Signing Central and also there are no discounts on supplies and I’m not sure the page separator is available to non-premium members - BUT you can have a free listing; also, you will not upload documents to Notary Rotary - just basic information with clarification within a well-written profile.

So I don’t know where this list came from but that part is not correct.

P.S. By the way, wanted to say this is a very nice graph to share with your fellow notaries. Kudos.

Yes, nice graph. I’ve been listed at Notary Rotary since its inception and have never paid for a listing because I’ve been around longer than the directories and did it all the hard way…searching the 'net for any TC, SS and have over 300 in my records. Some are regulars, many infrequent, most I’ve never heard from, and many have now moved to one or more of the platforms, but every once in a while I do get a blast from the past…and a lot are simply out of business…but I’m still here. To be clear, I can see NotRot’s Signing Central (companies rated by notaries) but just don’t get/see contact info, but still get jobs from there. The only places I pay are here & 123 (&, of course–because it’s unavoidable–NNA, from whom I think I’ve gotten maybe 2 jobs in all these years.)

This is my spreadsheet for my personal use and has my notes on. I was sharing the platforms only.

I have been getting texts from them. How long does it take to get paid from them? They are very low. in price.

It usually takes 30 days, sometimes 45 to get paid. I know that sucks, but they are reliable.

Their rates seem to have dropped recently, like just about everyone else. I usually counter, and would often get my rate, but that too has recently slowed. I don’t rely on this income, I use it to supplement my 9-5 income so it doesn’t hurt me too much to take an L. Best of luck to you.
