Keep getting an error message trying to get to the Townsgate Portal, it keeps saying server takes too long to respond blah blah blah.
Anyone run into this and actually have a solution?
Happened earlier this week with MC and that took a minute to get it fixed.
Not with Townsgate but Mortgage Connect. I know for a fact I’m putting in the right password, but I cannot get in the app at all. I called and submitted an IT ticket. Hoping they call me back soon. The weird thing is I can get into Townsgate via the app with no issue.
They really need to work on the ability to toggle within the app.
What finally worked was when I re-started my computer. I’d like it if the app allowed for uploading ID’s. I like directly uploading ID’s keeps them off my phone.
