I have a signing tomorrow at 9am through Townsgate Closing Services and the docs have not been uploaded yet.
Partially my fault for not checking but I had a late signing that went long and am just checking/printing (trying to) now.
I emailed the account manager, called and texted all 4 after hours phone numbers on the order and emailed vendors@townsgate.
The 844 number prompted me to leave a message the officei is closed which I did.
Does anyone have an afterhours emergency email/phone number?
There’s a phone on the confirmation usually. The 2nd page usually has afterhours contact info.
866-789-1814 is a closing coordinator. 844-740-0401 x. 956 is a questions contact.
Thanks! There’s 4 numbers on the order summary pup to the department VP. I sent a group text to all the numbers and got a call and text back at 7:30 this morning that they were adding it to the portal.
I am holy unimpressed with mortgage connect and townscape closing. Not only are there offers insultingly low. Their packets are massive 150 to 200+ pages and getting a hold of anybody when you need them is near impossible. The only redeeming quality is they do pay every week.

I have been doing closing never encountered any problem if you are contacting them after hours on the companies cell phone I text because of all the spam calls and you dont know who is going to hack your system so when contacting after hour you always mention your name order number borrowers name and the reason
They appreciate what you are doing for them some departments do work 24 hours but customer service starts at eastern time and then after 4 pm switches to pacific time to accomodate cals 8 pm est you can always send a message thru text tho

I do everything I can get from either platform. I get paid weekly. There are never issues reaching the closing coordinators. Just because a notary has issues navigating a platform doesn’t make it a bad platform,
It’s not an easy platform. It’s not evil, though - just not user friendly, for me anyway.
