I have a request for the following documents to be notorized. I have not done a lease document before. Can you give me a heads up about this document? Are they pretty straight forward?

You would handle this like any other document you’ll witness. Identify the signer, complete your journal entry (if journals are required in your state) watch person sign the docs, administer oaths since affidavits usually have jurats attached, then fill out, sign, and stamp the jurats. Ensure the docs are complete and have all the pages and there are no blank lines that require info. Routine procedure for notarizing.
