Vylla Title and Settlement

Hello All,

I don’t see any recent information on this forum about Vylla Title and Settlement. Is it safe to say no one is having issues with them anymore?

I see several negative experience posts on them from 2019 to about 2022. But nothing after that. Could they now be great to work with???

Vylla is a good company to work for. Completed 3 signings for them no problems.

Either that or they’re out of business.

I have noticed their packages are on the very large side sometimes. But I’ve never had any issues.

I’ve never had an issues with them. Their packages tend to be large. I would review them as soon as available in case you want to request an extra print fee. They don’t automatically approve any increases in fees.

Not Vylla, but with others I find “Due to large package, I will require fee be increased in writing to $■■■ or please re-assign.” works. I do get a random request, if they’ve changed their SOP, I may accept one again, even tho’ they were horrible a few years ago. Hope the recent high marks are a permanent improvement.

I can say the last Vylla package I did was a hybrid, so it was under 125 pages. But a few years ago they were almost 200 ;pages.

Nice. But how’s the pay…and payday going?

Truthfully it was last year sometime. I got paid within 30 days and I think it was in county. Not sure how much I got paid. I was hired for Vylla through a 3rd party though.

In hindsight I’d have to say I don’t get many for Vylla because I always counter the offer.

thru 3rd party makes a big difference. Vylla stays on my no-go list.

Morning, I have completed a few closings with them no issues as a matter of fact I have one today 2/13/26 but it came through Signature Closure, and I NEVER have problems with payment with them. So, I would say SAFE LOL

I appreciate your response :slightly_smiling_face:
