I used notary assist and love it. Doesn’t require a lot of maintenance. It’s all online. It adds your appointments and details to your calendar (I use google for notary work) and GREAT for tracking payments, notes, tax stuff. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I will say - I haven’t used any other softwares so I don’t know how it compares. My one BIG gripe with this is - the app for your phone ■■■■■!!! I carry my iPad 100% of the time though and can login on the web app and it works flawless. I LOVE how the appt shows up on my calendar with all the appointment info. I can share if you would like.
