What is an "Affidavit Signing"

Can anyone tell me what an “Affidavit Signing” is? I’ve gotten several offers from Notary Dash for “Type: 21 to 30 Affidavits (1 to 2 pages each).” No other explanation and wonder what I’m missing. TIA!

You aren’t really missing anything – an affidavit is simply a sworn statement. Are they asking you to notarize 21-30 affidavits for one person, or are they affidavits for 20 different people?

Would it help you to review Kentucky notary statues?

I know what an affidavit is. I guess I’m confused over “21-30 affidavits” with same question as you. Thought possibly someone had seen this type of job before. Thanks!

You’ll be stamping 21-30 times all for one person. Make sure their fee aligns with your fee. I did 41 for one company. They had to pay $410, plus travel.

@jmuklewicz01 Often these involve Case studies, lawsuits, veteran exposures, etc.

For example, you’ll meet in a conference room with a large group of attendees that are coordinated & ‘processed’ by those holding the ‘event.’

When the paperwork is processed, your placement in the ‘process’ is the final one with identification verification, execution, & notarization.
