Hello everyone I am doing a POA tomorrow in Texas and the clients informed me that it requires 2 witnesses. How would you all handle that and any advice on POA ?

From what I’ve read on this forum, it can be either your clients that need to provide witnesses or you the notary. Some have said it’s the responsibility of the clients and not the notary. If you provide the witnesses then you will have to pay them to be witnesses to the POA and be responsible for any mistakes and errors on their part if YOU provide the witnesses. Hope this helps.
