Amazement never ceases with me. I certainly get my share of signings (my “capture” method works pretty well) but I am always surprised at how many alerts for orders I get and they are GONE by the time I punch them up. And, I’m fast, I tell ya! Really fast. Oh, I’ve done all the things everyone does: checked my router, cleared and cleaned my phone, etc. etc. etc. Don’t think I have researched ways and means for jumping on those elusive orders as fast as possible. Yet, if any of you has some system/method for capturing orders that seem to elude me, I’d be much obliged to read your technique. Maybe being fast just ain’t good enough.

I had been thinking I wasn’t receiving Bancserv now I know they are only appearing for seconds so I don’t see them.
What’s interesting though if it’s FNF they call me direct.
Oh well. They pay fast. But I still won’t accept without checking location. No idea where it was. It was gone that fast.

Yeah, I’m getting more and more signing services that call me direct. I guess they like my work. They ring me up, give me the details, [amazingly] ask if the fee they’re offering is enough (which it always is) and I kindly accept every order I can. These services also pay promptly and give me every consideration when there are “bumps in the road”. I suppose I’ve kinda earned my way in with these SS but I worked hard for it. They treat me well and I give them (and everybody else in the chain) the very best service I can. A word to the wise. . .

I know i get alot from Bancserv and Rocket Close. I always catch their alerts and respond fast because I know my schedule ahead of time

Happened to me last Friday on a notification from JOT. Heard my phone picked it up the notification pop up was still at the top of my phone and I saw JOT. I opened the phone clicked on the notification and it view order and that fast it was gone. There is no way whoever took that order had time to see where it was or what type of signing it was before hitting accept.
A lot of it going on. But trying to negotiate terms after you accept - is a bad look. They’ll find out.
