Does anyone have contact information for this company? They paid me, but I had surgery in March and four setbacks that sent me back to the hospital. I started checking my check portal systems and realized there was a check for $100. But the 90 days have passed. I sent them an email asking them to resend the check do to it being past 90 days. No one has responded to my email.
