I would look to your settings. I use a 2 drawer printer so my printer detects the paper size. I have a box checked in the settings where the printer detects the size. For many, many years and many different printer brands, i have used adobe freeware. I never print from the signing service uploaded docs. I always import to a separate file and then open as and adobe PDF.
Perhaps your computer did dome kind of update that messed with your settings. I still use win10 and have updates turned off. Ive found every time an update is done, something goes haywire. I accidentally allowed an update for my printer driver. All of a sudden, my default setting is 2 sided!
