All of a sudden my documents are only printing on letter size paper. I have made sure that adobe is installed on my computer. Last week is was printing as should and then yesterday of sudden things changed. Has this happen to anyone else? I have a singing tonight and can not seem to figure out what the problem is.
I am having the same issue. Been on the phone between staples brother and now Adobe and nothing will work to have it print my legal size.
This is really frustrating.
Even when I look at print preview it shows all the pages as letter size
Are you using Windows PC or Apple Mac?
After you hit print. The printer main pop up window. That is where you ensure to choose ACTUAL SIZE and Choose by PDF size. at top of printer popup go into.
Next go into PROFILE and ensure PAPER source is Auto Select.
If you are using MAC I can forward you a pdf that may fix it.
I got it to work by calling adobe!!! if you would like to message me and call me I can walk you through how to fix it.
