I just read the entire thread on 123Notary and decided to look into advertising on the site. I chose the free option just to see how it goes and I was denied and referred to the rules which are not clear why I did not qualify. I then chose the next option, $59.00 and my computer said it was not safe to use a payment method. I am choosing not to advertise with them for now. I am getting a lot of basic notary work anyway and hoping that the market changes soon so I get more assignments for closings and such.

Apparently, from what I’ve read on another site, he has not renewed his SSL Certificate. Good decision not to put payment info in.
My understanding from others was he stopped free listings several years ago … didn’t bother to upgrade his website, though
