I have another question regarding closing agent. The instructions on this document contain a different mailing address than the one on the shipping label. Instructions are to send the signed documents to the address in the document. Is this an error? Are these instructions for the signing agent or the official closing agent?
Also, the shipping label is UPS, instructions in the document are for fedex.
I always go by the printed shipping label. If you’re not sure feel free to ask… asking when not sure is the best to do.

I agree. Always ask questions and don’t be afraid to ask. If you can’t get anyone on the line, send it to the address on the shipping label. That’s what was provided to you and if you didn’t receive any other direction at the time you were assigned, you’re good to go. I don’t even get that involved on what the closing instructions say. I usually breeze past those pages unless the borrower has to sign them. That information is typically not for you. Hope this helped.
