Interesting read. Too bad they got it all wrong.
I know. Just shows you can’t believe a thing you read online.
When I started out, Jennifer was always available for questions at every signing. I could always reach her with anything. I can honestly say she taught me so much about the job. I remain grateful for that because not all services do that. I don’t agree with her payment terms, but I always was glad for the guidance.
Well maybe she got too big. I see she changed the name of the company. I had miserable experiences with them and in my larger nationwide notary group, I haven’t heard anything nice.I’m pretty sure they’re blacklisted in that group.
To be fair, the payment terms are indicated net 45 business days. Now most of us believe that’s excessively too long. But if you accept an order for someone and their payment terms are not favorable and you take it anyway that’s a notary’s responsibility. And if you fail to send an invoice that’s when payments go into the weeds with Prestige. In 2021, I reached her at all hours. I don’t take many assignments, but I respond to all requests.
