Signing is in GA. Client has a FL drivers license. Should I be concerned?
As long as the DL is current (not expired) I don’t see why you would be concerned. What are your requirements for identification of a signer? Acceptable forms of ID?
Here in Florida, a current valid government issued ID is acceptable providing it contains certain elements. One of those acceptable forms of ID is a driver’s license. I’ve notarized many documents here for folks holding a GA driver’s license.
Consult your handbook; if still in doubt, contact your Secretary of State for clarification

No people travel. I live in WA State and have done signings for borrowers who live out of state all the time.
