What is up with this company? I have been waiting 100 days to receive payment from them for 1 signing from November. Spoke to the owner directly and still nothing…
They’ve been on a decline/NO-NO list for quite a while now. Contact TC & you might get paid.

I believe she’s referring to her own personal of list of “companies I won’t work for no matter what”. Every notary should have one…

Perhaps… but i have heard of other notaries talking about a deadbeat signing service list somewhere. I will be adding them to my personal list FOR SURE!
If you search here (magnifying glass, top right) and use keyword “bad companies” you find a number of posts complaining about various companies; you’ll also find input throughout many of the threads here…
To clarify - does this site maintain a specific “list”? No

I messed up! Since there hadn’t been any updates about the Celtic signing, I would be fine. I was wrong! I called Dennis McGarth on July 1st and inquired about my payment for a May 9th signing I had done for his company. He told me that he would make the payment by EOD on July 1st. So, I called him again today. I reminded him of what he said on July 1st, and he assured me that he would personally send it out today. He mentioned that because July 4th was a holiday, no one was available to process payments. Now, it’s the end of the day, and I still haven’t received anything!
Why does their company do this? I represented his company during a signing, and for him not to pay me feels like a slap in the face. Where is the teamwork? Where is the professionalism in this company? This is frustrating! 60 days and counting!
Why not send a demand letter? I’ve done that and have gotten paid right away.
