Nan Brandt is a pleasure to work with. She pays attention to each detail of a file, responds promptly, so I have never experienced an inconvenience or delay in receiving documents. The BEST part, she pays within a week of signing completion!

Completed 3 assignments for them.
1st - paid up front - $200;
2nd paid in 37 days;
8/22/13 received call from Leslie offering $90; told her my base fee is $150 and I wouldn’t take assignment for $90.
8/22/13 Leslie called back and said Title approved the $150 fee; Leslie sent confirmation to me.
8/22/13 received email saying Closing was cancelled followed immediately by a call from Leslie that it was a mistake and the Closing was still assigned to me.
8/22/13 received another confirmation from Leslie immediately after phone call mentioned above.
8/23/13 6:45 am Called Trevor to tell him I couldn’t access their website. He said he would email docs to me.
Called borrower to confirm appointment and advise that I would be late because I was waiting on docs. Borrower said another notary, had confirmed with them.
8/23/13 Conference call with Trevor and Leslie; Leslie confirmed that she told me Title approved $150. During this call Trevor asked what it would take to satisfy me. He agreed to pay me the $50 difference between my confirmed assignment of $150 and the $100 fee paid to other notary. He stated my $50 check will be mailed the first of the week
3rd - paid in 30 days - $125
