Good day, all of you fellow Notary‘s
I’ve been a Notary since February and most of the notifications I get are for cash outs. What do I do when I do not have a location to conduct these signings that is booked on a hourly basis…(if thats a thing). Help please help.

Call some attorney’s near you and ask them if you can rent you a space for an hour or so for the purpose of closing a HELOC or refi.

IMO you need to advise hiring party that you cannot accommodate the signing for this very reason - OR ask them if they have any connections in your area and see if they can line it up. Company will probably tell you just go to a parking lot of a title or attorney office and do it there - not sure this fulfills the TX law about these.
