Did Bancserv drop me?

I have been averaging about 5-8 signings per week consistently from Bancserv, but the last one I got was well over a week ago. I checked my profile and it says “active” status. I don’t know if I did anything wrong! I tried calling and emailing but get no response from them. I love getting assigned from them, and I am very ocd in checking my work before I send it off to FedEx… if I have questions before or during a signing I always reach out to them and they respond quickly in regards to that. But now I’m wondering if I did anything wrong to not be getting any notifications through the app or direct calls from them. Uggh, I’m so sad! Has anyone else experience “Bancserv jail?”

Try contacting the vendor area at notarydepartment@bancserv.net
They are the area that keep track of your credentials etc. You may have something that has expired. Try emailing them…ALOHA from Maui

Aloha!! :hibiscus: Yes I emailed that address on Monday (no response yet), and all my credentials are current. I’ll wait a few more days to see if I get a response.

So many offices are working from home because of COVID and they are doing the best they can. Be patient :smiley: Did you re-check your SigningAgent.com profile to make sure notification settings weren’t inadvertently changed?

I was just denied by them and one of reasons listed for my application being denied was that they don’t hire notaries full time, so they might just be cutting back on how many signing they give to each signing agent.
