I’m preparing a financial affidavit that will need notarization and would like to schedule a brief 5–10 minute video call beforehand. This will help me understand the document structure, confirm the required sections for signing, and ensure I have the correct identification ready.

Please let me know a convenient time for you for a quick Zoom or Google Meet call. I’m happy to adjust to your availability.

Thank you, and I look forward to your response."

Hate to nitpick…but…may I ask a favor of you, @cheryl_1_angel

Would you please insert a brief introductory statement like “I received this email”…then place quotation marks at the beginning and end of the body of the email? I know it sounds silly, but when I first started reading your post I thought it was YOU preparing a financial affidavit and asking for the notarization..lol

Just a thought . . .

The client could simply text you an image of the document for Review & Discussion.

Certainly wouldn’t move forward with a Zoom call in this type of instance.

In addition, there would be a Fee for the preparation time & the call duration interval as well.

I respond to those types of emails with "Call or text me at [my cell #] to discuss. They never do.
