Does anyone have experience with The Closing Signing Service?

Hi Kevin, I personally have not, but I Googled their business name and can see the company has a big enough online footprint that I would consider accepting an assignment from them, if that is what you are worried about. Their website shows they are based in Pembroke Pines, Florida and looks professional. And they are actively registered with Florida Secretary of State:
As always, if you accept an assignment from any signing service (or any hiring company at all), make sure to accept a rate that puts you ahead, not just breaking even, so that you can stay in business long term.

Hi Carmen-You know I’m not really worried about anything They just seemed to have something most of the others don’t have, at least through my eyes. I think it was their update website or name? Thank you for taking the time. When I receive and complete an order I will report back! Btw, my company www.thesigningresource.com turns down half of the orders that come my way from platforms because my worth is more than what’s being offered half the time. Granted when it makes sense to my business, I might take a loss leader in order to gain the trust and confidence of a client. Every client knows my price when we are engaged over the phone or internet with a live convo. I’m working on getting FNC approval and sometimes an experience is worth to me than the $$. Twenty perfect signings or 2 years of exp. before they consider me here in so cal. I’m only 17 mos, away and I do have a sponsor.
