Has Anyone had signings with Capital Funding Title Agency?

I accepted a direct signing from this company back in June, 2023 and am now having an issue getting paid. I have reached out via phone, email and direct mail with little response. I did receive a text message on 8/10/23 asking for my address and fee amount and was told the office was closed but payment would be sent by end of week. As of today, I have not received payment nor will they answer my calls, text or e-mail?

Found this in corporate listings - may be of some help - he’s listed as Manager of Capital Funding Title Agency LLC
