Am I reading this correctly? Do you have a database we can check before accepting a signing order? I’d be grateful to know this information as well if you are open to sharing. I am new here, but eager to learn.

Kind of curious. Does it seem strange to anyone else that SafeCure’s About Us" says, “SafeCure works with mortgage loan servicing companies and mortgage borrowers to heal ‘sick’ loan files while they are still performing loans.”
and scroll down on their site where they also state they provide services such as architecture, exterior design, landscape design, and site planning?
So incredibly odd to me. WTH do they also dabble in communication satellites and Mars rovers?

Someone else’s database should not make your decisions. Signingorder was listed by someone as a terrible site.Laughably untrue. Just saying.

Do not accept any signings from SaefCure.
I received an offer for $30. Then an hour later I received an offer of $50 for the same signing. This smells and sounds exactly the same as CloudSings, LLC. Below is the link to SafeCures website. .io???
I believe we all would want to know what that database is to my best at checking out everybody I guess in these days you have to be careful and check everyone out
I just received a Loan Modificaiton signing from SafeSecure and then I saw these posts. I called the number I found in Signing Order to get unassigned from it, and there was no voicemail at all. I really hope they respond and get me off this order.
Contact Freedom Mortgage and tell them you didn’t get paid and y want your money from Freedom.

I finished one for SafeCure in Feb 2025. Payment agreement is that they process payments on the 15th of the month following. Here it is the 27th of March and I have yet to be paid. I’m supposed to conduct a loan modification for them tomorrow in a remote area of my state. This is a 2-hour one-way drive for me. I removed myself today from the order due to non-payment. I also contacted the lender to inform them of the increasing issues notaries are having with these signing companies. (A supervisor is to return my call).
I just got a call from a Daniel Warrior who claimed to be a customer service representative for SafeCure. He stated that payment is net 45. I reminded him that my agreement in my order says that it should have been paid on the 15th of this month. Then he says my payment will arrive on Monday (net 38). When I questioned him why this is different from his net 45 he could not answer it. He said he would have to contact the accounting department. He agreed to expedite my payment but I still told him I would not be doing the appointment out of town tomorrow. After we hung up I did a reverse search of his phone number and it comes up NOTAROO.
I’m thankful for this platform. It probably saved me a lot of aggravation and a lot of miles on my vehicle not to include at least 5 hours of my time.
We need to just continue to band together and call these title companies and lenders and let them know what these signing companies are doing. They can use us directly ( and probably cheaper on their end).
UPDATE: Received payment today for the February order at exactly 45 net days Deluxe Check

Oh Notaroo is 90 days. They pay - but 90 days is ridiculous. Operating on their contract notary’s funds. I don’t take Notaroo after the first year when I had $900 tied up with them for 3 months. Then I was told funding on reverse mortgages is delayed. Which is not true. That’s a pass for me. I get offers from SafeCure but they don’t assign me orders based on my fees I guess. They find notaries who will take the order for less. Which is okay by me.
Thanks everyone for sharing your comments about SafeCure. I just received a notification on SigningOrder from SafeCure. I am glad that I was able to do some research before accepting the $30 assignment at 8pm.

Are you referring to your 1st payment with SafeCure? I’d like to hear positive feedback in regards to them, if any. I emailed SigningOrder.com and they informed me that they have worked with SafeCure for a long time and their experience has been very positive. I’d like yours. Thank you kindly!

I’ve had really great experiences with SafeCure, paid on time and the pay for the orders were decent. I usually pick these orders up from Signing Order off the job board and if I see a low offer I always request an increase if I need more. There has only been one time where they couldn’t honor my request for a fee increase so they ended up reassigning the order. Regardless, I would take on the orders from SafeCure in my area so long as it makes sense for me pay wise.

I’m glad to see this post. I’ve always been scared to ask for more money so a b lot of times I don’t accept due to Houston being so huge that it’s not worth the drive or traffic for $30 plus of 3 stamps are $10 each per tx rate, than my gas and printing and time is free to them. They do pay timely and are very nice when it comes to answering questions. Plus the papers are like 40 pages to print but massive 3 for us to stamp & 5 total for them to sign. 3 copies in that one print so it’s not much. I’d love safecure if they paid more.

Do nothing for $30. If notaries did not entertain $20 $30 $40 we wouldn’t see them.
Got an offer today that’s less than 5 miles from me 150 pages for 60 I countered $90 because that’s the lowest I go for anything that is that local. When they bumped up $5 I countered with $95. Someone in town might think 65 is great but I have learned when you hold out something comes along that pays way more.

Looking back at my orders, I have done two signings. I have not received payment for the most recent signing March 12 but here’s a contact that I have on both orders. I did receive payment for the first one back in February. Of 2025.
