YOU HAVE TO SEND A INVOICE i have done many for them they paid me but they are a net 60 cloud they will pay just follow directions on all company pay
Hi @ssknotaryservices do you know how they will pay you? Did you have to invoice them? Did they send you an E-check? I was unable to find their terms and conditions. Do you still do signings for them?
Hi @celnotaryservices ! Since the orders come through Signing Order, they automatically pay you Net 30 once the order has been completed and no need to send an invoice. You do receive an e-check through Deluxe. I do still do signings for them occasionally but it has to make sense for me for the pay vs travel. I’ve had one payment they missed but a couple days but they remedied it right away, apologized and sent payment right away. Hope this helps!
SafeCure rebranded from Notaroo. Notaroo has a horrible reputation so I wouldn’t expect much to be different under their new name.
I just did a signing with them. It originally came through at $30 with very little information. I first thought it would just be something small like a loan application. Once I got the docs, I found out it was a bit more involved. So, I reached out and politely explained that my starting fee for the service they requested was $50 and they actually agreed to change to price. This was all before I read all this information on here; so, now I’m hoping the check comes without a problem. The signing was on 5/2, so still have a little bit.

Since it was right in my own neighborhood, I did an assignment for them on May 6, and noticed that the order number is “NROO——“ so it seems they are definitely connected to Notaroo.
I still have not been paid so I just sent a follow up email today. It was such a small fee, I really hadn’t given it much thought, but hope they send payment:)
I just read that that SafeCur is playing the late payment game as well. A notary sent them a final notice demand letter as it was well past their “Net45” day payment terms and received payment in 24 hours.

Cloud signings says they need your invoices to be paid.
@lindas12 It appears you probably meant this post for a different thread - the subject business entity is different from the one you’ve referenced.
.
NOTE: I have no open invoices with that business entity. Maybe you’re referring to other Notary Cafe members . . .

Sorry I did but thanks
SafeCure does loan mods for Freedom Mortgage. Typically 30-59 pages. These are always low ball offers and they have a net 60 day payment term. I have taken these and countered if they are in my neighborhood or under a couple miles away. I actually recommend these for new LSA as they are a good way to get your feet wet, be sure you are ok with 60 days payments and you are prepared to counter conservatively.
How do you unassign from an order on the platform? I received an order from them and it does not include payment information to the notary. Additionally, I have asked for a real point of contact twice and received no response. These are red flags for me.
I don’t know I’ve never accepted an order from them. They don’t accept my counter offers and I won’t take their low fees.
They refused to answer the phone today after many attempts to reach them trying to say they only got a busy signal each time! Sent me out to have docs signed that had the wrong names on them and one person deceased! Refused to respond to me at all after saying they tried to call me and was unable to reach me!
I researched and it is a different type of service. Many mortgage loan origination files that have been warehoused and sold to servicers have problems in the documentation needing to be cured. We cure these files and get them up to speed so that they are eligible to be insured by secondary institutions.
We assist servicers to fix loan files that are missing trust documentation, need a signature for an additional item, and virtually any other wide range of issues that may occur when a loan has been originated and then sold to a purchaser.
I completed a signing on Friday for SafeCure for the 1st time thru SigningOrder.com and today, Monday, I called the number that is listed 657-616-0061 and the call gets dropped, so there seems no way to contact this company following the service provided. This is the second signing through that signing platform, SigningOrder.com, and I am curious why the job/orders disappear immediately from that platform following completion/shipping out docs? It makes me nervous not having that record nor a way to communicate once the signing is complete to ensure I get paid. Anybody have similar concerns? Please share your experience.
Mine came directly through Signing Order as well. They scheduled today but cancelled. No longer reflecting under Signing Order. I will not be accepting anything from SafeCure in the future. The whole process was “wishy, washy”.
I’ve done two kinda crummy quickie “fixit” signings for SafeCure, each at $30. Almost no printing, jobs were right down the street from me and I had some open time. Got paid and forgot about it. Doubtful that I’d take any more.
