@cNsa5 , It is an increasingly common practice observed that some Loan Signing Agents (LSAs) are now employing strategies of leveraging and essentially farming out loan signing orders, effectively taking on the role and functions of a dedicated signing service within the industry. They take a portion of the signing fee and pay the other LSA.
@cfletcher Yes, fully cognizant of that already (as can easily be seen from my previous post - excerpted above - expressing that technique).
Also, uncertain why anyone would accept a Signing Order from a business entity with a very well-known non-paying reputation from that business entity (identified above).
Again, definitively a Hard Pass.

I’ve done some for SafeCure, and so far I have been paid for everyone of them but 60-days after the signing. I went back to look and for example I did one on May 30, and it was paid on July 31.
The pay isn’t my biggest annoyance, it is their communications. Recently, I had some errors it was something stupid, but in my defense right before this appointment I did have someone attempt to steal my SUV (another comical story,) but it was a simple date effort. I made the corrections and uploaded them. All weekend I got automatic messages saying I hadn’t uploaded, and when I tried reaching out it was crickets, and you never speak or communicate with the same person twice in a row. So, that is my main beef. As far as Cloud goes I have done one job with them and was paid.
@arnold.staton Sorry to read about the difficulties you’ve experienced in your direct experience.
Thank You
for sharing the details of how things progressed for you with both of those business entities. ![]()

Most of the offers I see from them are $30. I have seen a couple that were $50 and $60. Their fees are so low that they will hardly ever get to a respectable fee for me, before someone else takes it. I don’t even counter their offers anymore, I just say not available.
I don’t ever get offers. I try not to let it hurt my feelings.

THEY DO NOT PAY ON TIME, THEY ARE RUDE AND I WILL NEVER ACCEPT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEIR TERMS ARE 45 DAYS NET, MINE WERE 30 DAYS NET WE OBVIOUSLY DEFAULTED TO THEIR TERMS. I EMAILED ON 10/2/2025 FOR THE PAYMENT AND NOW IT IS SCHEDULED FOR 10/10/2025 NOW IT IS 53 DAYS. I WAS TOLD A COMPANY BY THE NAME OF NOTARY PAY LLC IS THE PAYER AND THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM SAFECURE IN ORDER FOR THEM TO PAY ME. NOW THEY ARE EACH POINTING THE FINGER AT EACH OTHER. I HAVE DEMANDED A $10.00 LATE FEE OR I WILL ASK THE BORROWER TO PAY. THIS IS INSANE. THIS WAS SPANISH SPEAKING AND ONLY ONE HOUR NOTICE AFTER ANOTHER NOTARY FAILED TO APPEAR. NO GOOD DEED GOES UNDONE.
NEVER AGAIN
I completed my first signing with Safe Cure in July. The signing itself went smoothly, and they were very clear about their instructions. However, they did not explain their payment process upfront—I should have asked, but I didn’t.
That said, whenever I reached out, they were responsive via text and email. Payment does take 30 days or more, and they initially sent it via eCheck, which I later discovered my bank does not accept. I contacted them today, and they are willing to reissue the payment as a secure check that my bank can process.
I would recommend letting them know in advance which payment method you prefer to avoid any delays.
My understanding is they use eChecks. I was told to create an account with Deluxe Payment Exchange for an eCheck from Notary Pay LLC, and was given the following link: Deluxe Payment Exchange (DPX)
You can’t do that…borrowers have already paid your fee and are not responsible for the poor payment history of a company they probably never heard of.
Omg Cloud Signing should be ashamed. I have repeatedly sent them messages and they do respond but still they don’t pay. Three months later and they don’t pay. I called the title company which I don’t like to do but they said they would have this taken care of. Still waiting. WILL NOT DO ANY MORE SIGNINGS FOR CLOUD SIGNING.
