I did a signing for PMA Signings on August 6, 2025 and have not been paid yet. I call they they state that payment will be doing out the week of September 24th but I have not seen a deluxe check yet and it is 10/6/2025. I feel like I am getting the run around.
I am not familiar with them. Thank you for letting us know that they are slow/no payers.

OP said signing was 8/6/2025âŚthis is 10/6/2025 - 60 days
I did a signing for PMA in September 2025 and still have not received payment for the signing. They have a 45 day payment through deluxe payment. They donât respond to your emails and if you call them, Candy tells you that payments have already been processed.
Reach out to the Title/Escrow Company [T/EC] for your Signing Orders [SOs] as they could be of some assistance regarding payment.

Thank you for your response. I just received a phone call from the owner and they threatened me with a defamation lawsuit if I donât remove my comment on their Google site, but thereâs also another message on their site stating the same problem, but the apologizeto them.
I also completed a signing for PMA Signings on September 5, 2025, and I still have not been paid. Candy has given me multiple excuses. The first was that her bookkeeper handles all payments and she wasnât aware that they hadnât gone out. The following week, I was told that all payments had been issued. It has now been 74 days, and I still have not received anything.
As far as defamation is concerned, as long as your statements are true, then it does not constitute defamation.
let them sue they have to prove you lied.
Send them your invoice once a week. Use red ink to highlight the date and days late.
PMA is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company EVER. Candy [CONTENT MODERATED BY ADMINSTRATORS] I have never experienced anything like this. She will call you and text you every 5 minutes (no lie) asking the same question and threaten you if you donât respond ASAP and then still harresses you none stop with the same question. I told her if she wanted to communicate with me to keep it in the portal. They donât pay and the stress you endure is not worth it. I am currently trying to get paid from a signing in November. STAY AWAY!
I am experiencing the same nonâpayment issues with PMA Signing, owned by Candy Rogers. I completed a signing on November 28, 2025. Per the agreement, payment was due within 45 days. When the deadline passed, I emailed Candy asking when I could expect payment. She replied, âsend invoice or something.â I sent the invoice immediately.
She then stated payment would be submitted in one to two weeks. I waited the additional two weeks. No payment.
I followed up again, this time documenting everything on SnapDocs, which also emailed her a copy of my comment. She responded by blaming the delay on the January snow in Maryland. I waited again.
As of February 15, 2026, 63½ days later, I still have not been paid.
When I followed up once more on SnapDocs, she left me a voicemail claiming this was the first time I had ever mentioned not being paid, and that I was unprofessional and she was blacklisting me. I forwarded her the entire email thread showing every payment request, including her own responses. I also reminded her that she previously replied on SnapDocs stating I would receive payment âthat week.â That was two weeks ago.
Notaries: Be aware. If you accept signings from PMA Signing or Candy Rogers, you may not get paid.
Do not feed into her threats. I work in the legal industry. When multiple notaries report the same behavior, nonâpayment, excuses, shifting blame, retaliation, blacklistingâŚthatâs no longer an isolated issue. Thatâs a systemic practice, and systemic practices are what class actions are built on.

I worked for PMA for 4 signings in December and still have not received payment 64 days later, I have sent invoices. Today I accepted a signing not realizing it was PMA and I immediately emailed to cancel she immediately called and wanted to know why and I told her that she has 4 outstanding invoices and again she said they are working on payment. I copied title and PMA and she stated I am black balled and no one wants to work with me and she was giving me a chance. I âm always hesitant to work with new signing services because of payment issues.
PMA is very unprofessional and gets very nasty when requesting payment for past due invoices after 3 invoice notices sent. I reviewed her on Google and she responded that they paid âshe did notâ Iâm going to respond to this lie!
I am having the same issue with PMA, owner Candy Rogers. I completed two signings last year November and December and still have not received payment. Once I started asking for my payment (4months later), she told me the samething⌠that she is going to blacklist me! I kept the voice recording and documented everything on SnapDoc under each assignment making platform aware, then SnapDoc sent a copy to her. She was forced to respond. While SnapDoc cannot get involved, the more agents who reports her fraudulent actions, the better. Candy is disgustingly nasty when payment is demanded.
As of today, have anyone received payments??
Yes, PMA is very unprofessional and combative when inquiring about payment. I sushi store her a review on Google , then she called me and threatened me. I didnât react to her threat and I responded to her response on Google stating that payment still has no been received when she said that the payment was sent. She finally sent my payment a month later. PMA is on my DO NOT WORK LIST
Yes, I finally received my payment after their 45 days payment policy. It took a month and me writing that review and standing on my terms
Thatâs the threat that she always says when youâre inquiring about your payment. Continue to stand strong and not let her discourage you.
