Has anyone worked with Star Title Group in 2025? 2024? I see a few conflicting old posts but no new ones. Even on FB they stop communication in 2023.

She is the founder of Star Title, also a notary. She’s not just a “notary farming out work”. Keep in mind, TPL is required in MD and DC. As a notary and founder of a title group, they are a nationwide mobile notary service (stated in her post).
Please provide substantiating licensing data from association site for TPL in MD.

I have no idea what you’re looking for here…the individual holds the TPIC, not tbe “association”. And it’s common knowledge TPIC has been required in MD for years.
