Is the printer HP OfficeJet Pro good? I am just starting out as a loan signing agent.
Laser only. Never use Inkjet printers
@rosario.jesenia Hmmm . . . Excellent question! BUT, did you know that you need to print documents on a LASER PRINTER?
Also, there is immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database about printers?
This information is a GOLDMINE!

HP makes some very reliable printers, both laser and inkjet, I own both models. On a rare occasion, a mortgage company had approved the usage of an inkjet printer (key word “approved”, meaning I sort the mortgage company’s counsel). I normally use a laser printer for loan assignments. You can purchase a very basic low cost laser printer to get your loan signing business started. Don’t forget, you will need to be able not only print, but fax and scan as well. I purchased an all-n-one unit.
I have an HP LaserJet Pro. Quite speedy, no issues with legal and letter paper feed. I purchased it as a backup to my brother laser jet printer that needs two parts replaced. Thankfully, it still works, but on occasion will not switch between legal and letter as smoothly! The toner for the HP is more costly than the brother and DOES NOT yield as many pages per toner as the brother (which yields 8000pgs vs 3000(??) for HP)!
