Invoicing the Signing Companies

I intend to prepare an invoice for each assignment I receive so that I can track outstanding payments due. What have you found is the best way to deliver an invoice since the loan docs go back to the closing agent not the signing company?

You have to follow the instructions of each hiring party - each one has different invoicing/billing requirements; some have none, it’s automatic; if you get a signing thru SnapDocs, that another different ball of wax.

I, too, used to create an invoice for each assignment I got for the exact reason you’re doing it - but as for it’s delivery, that’s up to who will be paying you
