Issues Digital Certificate

I am currently a RON notary and I recently had to renew my digital certificate with Indentrust. I was able to renew with no problems, however when I go to the AMROCK platform, then there are problems. It appears as if it says that my certificate has expired. I did update it on my desktop computer, and I change the format for the platform. When I called Indenstrust, they mentioned that it is a technical issue on the platform. I also called AMROCK and they have had the same experiences. Everyone is super nice, but does anyone know how to fix the problem? Please. Thank you.

Sorry, can’t help you with your problem, just want to say that your experience reinforces my opinion of RON. It really isn’t ready for prime time, yet.

Actually, prior to this expiring I was doing well. I actually stop going to homes and doing in-person signings. I prefer remote signings for numerous reasons.
Thank you for the feedback!

@inkiebr I recently renewed by IdenTrust Certificate & have [thankfully] experienced no difficulties. So, I’m unable to give you direct experience in this regard.

=> You may be able to gain the answer you seek by reaching out to NexSys/ClearSign [platform] directly. If there is a “workaround” for a known technical difficulty, they’ll already be cognizant of it.

It may be that you possibly have not deleted your expired digital certificates from your browser or your account with the company platform. If that is the case, their system could be reading the old certificates first

Thank you  but I also made sure that was cleared. I have the new certificate installed on my desktop and uploaded to their platform. In addition, I did a conference call with Clearsign and Indentrust. It was concluded that there wasn’t anything else that I could do and that this was a major issue.

You have to upload the “PFX” file into your account with Clear Sign - and it generates your stamp. Just went through it… Sign-in to Nexys Clear Sign account - upload your digital stamp…

In which State are you?
