Hi, Is anyone listed on this Jot platform? If so, what do you think of it. I’m thinking of signing on, but wanted to get someone’s opinion. I’ve never heard of this website.

Excellent, and many times will direct deposit the same week as your closing.
I am on Jot and it’s my favorite platform, mostly because of the flexibility and because the title company which uses it, First American Title, pays weekly. I only wish that they had more signings in my area (I’m in Eastern Massachusetts).

Has anyone else seen fewer orders going out through JOT’s platform? Here in my part of East Tennesse I don’t think I have seen more than 3 or 4 this year. Bancserv is a little slower the last couple of weeks, but overall about the same as before, but JOT has been almost none exsistent.
Escrow officers for JOT do not always push orders out to everyone. They get a favorite regional notary and that’s who they use.
While I do understand that, still the platform offers for my service area which is 75 miles either direction has been really quite this year. I have done signings for JOT with Escrow officers from NY to California. With the amount of people moving here from all over the US, it is hard to imagine that every escrow officer has found a single notary or how ever many in a 75 mile radius and has caused what was an active year last year to go to just 3 or 4 so far this year. JOT was second behind Bancserv for me in income last year. All of the work I did for them last year was with offices from outdside of my state. I think the closest to me was Florida. First American only list 2 offices in TN, one in Nashville and one in Franklin, TN. Both are about 4.5 hours from me. How much of your work with them comes from a single escrow officer?
I do a lot of repeat business with about 4 offices in WA State. Things are so regional in this business.
Yeah they’re regional and cyclical. You can be over run one day and not get a single job for a few days here.
Probably my most favorite platform…fair fees, and when lower or last minute they consider fair counters, good communication, faster pay….just wish they had more biz in my area…

I love it! As noted, they were primarily with first American Title and they pay every week. I never had a problem with this platform and I’m excited when I get notifications because I know payment is timely, customer service is outstanding, and documents are sent in a timely fashion!
